The context

Study centers operating across multiple territorial levels — with a central HQ, regional partners and satellite points — face a recurring problem: each level has different economic rules, yet student cases must flow coherently upward.

inFormazione was built to solve exactly this: a single cloud system where every actor sees only what concerns them, with a pricing engine that adapts to the real complexity of the Italian education market.

System architecture

At its core is a hierarchical multi-tenant model. Not just “user roles”, but organizational nodes with operational autonomy and visibility constraints:

Every enrollment case — degree course, private school, university pathway — travels along the chain with statuses, documents and amounts calculated automatically from the active price list.

The pricing engine

This is the project’s differentiator. A course doesn’t have a fixed price: it has a base cost set by the provider and a markup each second-level center can apply to its satellites.

A €800 course from provider X may cost €920 at satellite Y (intermediate markup) and €1,040 at satellite Z (cumulative markup).

The system handles:

• Price lists per provider with temporal versioning
• Percentage or fixed markups per level
• Simulations before enrollment confirmation
• Reporting for every node in the hierarchy

Tech stack

The platform is accessible only to authorized operators — not a public product. No demo link: the value lies in domain depth, not visual demos.
