Study centers operating across multiple territorial levels β with a central HQ, regional partners and satellite points β face a recurring problem: each level has different economic rules, yet student cases must flow coherently upward.
inFormazione was built to solve exactly this: a single cloud system where every actor sees only what concerns them, with a pricing engine that adapts to the real complexity of the Italian education market.
System architecture

Every enrollment case β degree course, private school, university pathway β travels along the chain with statuses, documents and amounts calculated automatically from the active price list.
The pricing engine
This is the projectβs differentiator. A course doesnβt have a fixed price: it has a base cost set by the provider and a markup each second-level center can apply to its satellites.
A β¬800 course from provider X may cost β¬920 at satellite Y (intermediate markup) and β¬1,040 at satellite Z (cumulative markup).
The system handles:
- Price lists per provider with temporal versioning
- Percentage or fixed markups per level
- Simulations before enrollment confirmation
- Reporting for every node in the hierarchy
